At CSAA we took a mobile first approach to designing the myPolicy flows. We would extensively test the wireframes for core functionality and content before going to high fidelity designs.

We ran an agile team with regular user testing on a two week cadence. The design team would participate in the studies and synthesize the results collaboratively and ideate solutions.
In a true design thinking practice, it was all about empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test.
